TiviMate Setup Guide: Download, Purchase, and Connect Your Playlist

1. What is TiviMate?
TiviMate is one of the most popular IPTV players for Android-based streaming devices, including Firesticks, Android TV boxes, and Smart TVs. While it doesn’t provide content itself, it allows you to log in using your IPTV subscription to access live TV, movies, and series.
2. Downloading TiviMate
- Go to the Google Play Store on your Android device or TV box.
- Search for TiviMate IPTV Player.
- Install and open the app.
Firestick Users: TiviMate is not in the Amazon App Store. To install it:
- Install the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store.
- Open Downloader and enter code 40349 (or use the APK link provided by your IPTV provider).
- Follow the prompts to install TiviMate manually.
3. TiviMate Premium (Why & How to Purchase)
The free version of TiviMate has very limited features. To unlock multi-playlist support, catch-up TV, EPG control, favorites, and backups — you'll need to purchase Premium.
Important:
Some devices (like Firesticks and Smart TVs) cannot purchase Premium directly in the app. You must use an Android phone or tablet with the TiviMate Companion app to activate Premium.
Option A: If your device cannot purchase Premium
- On an Android phone/tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- Install TiviMate Companion.
- Create a TiviMate account and log in.
- Choose your plan:
- $9.99/year for up to 5 devices
- $29.99 lifetime one-time payment
- Once paid, go back to TiviMate on your streaming device.
- Go to Settings > Unlock Premium and log in with your TiviMate account.
Option B: If your device can purchase Premium
- Go to Settings > Unlock Premium.
- Select your plan and complete the purchase using Google Play billing.
Reminder: We are not involved in TiviMate purchases. We cannot provide refunds or tech support for the app.
4. Logging into TiviMate Using Xtream Codes
Once you open the app, you will be asked to add a playlist. Choose the Xtream Codes login option and enter the following info from your IPTV provider:
- XC URL: (provided in your client area)
- Username: (provided in your client area)
- Password: (provided in your client area)
After entering your details, click Next. TiviMate will begin loading your Live TV, Movies, and Series.
5. Premium Features (After Activation)
- Advanced TV Guide (EPG)
- Catch-Up TV (if supported)
- Favorites, channel groups, hiding/unhiding channels
- Backup and restore your configuration
- Multiple layout options and player settings
6. Troubleshooting Tips
- Login failed?
- Double-check that your username, password, and server URL are entered exactly as provided (they are case-sensitive).
- Make sure your subscription is active and your invoice has been paid.
- Check our Announcements section or Telegram channel for any known service outages or maintenance updates. - Buffering or freezing?
- Restart your device and router.
- Run a speed test — we recommend a minimum of 75 Mbps download speed for smooth performance.
- Use a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi when possible.
- Ensure no other devices on your network are using heavy bandwidth (gaming, streaming, large downloads). - EPG not showing?
- No action needed — the TV guide (EPG) is included with your service and auto-configures when you log in using the Xtream Codes option.
- If it's not loading, try clearing the app cache or restarting the device.
- Check the date/time settings on your device — incorrect time zones can affect guide display.
